Instructor Roger Carroll II holds a Black Belt In "American Jiu-Jitsu" and a Brown Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and a black belt in Judo.
Roger is also a Professional MMA Fighter and has over 19 years of MMA experience and instructs all classes at Superior Martial Arts Academy along with several satalite schools in the area.

Instructor Joey Carroll is a certified blue belt under S.M.A. and is also the leading assistant. He was also an ametur MMA fighter with a record of
9-3-0. And is now 1-0 as a pro mma fighter.
.Jan 22 , 2009 Superior Martial Arts Academy's own Joseph "ElDingoLoco" Carroll won his PRO Debut in Charlotte NC at the Charlotte Convention Center aginst Matt Covan all proceds went to charitys for kids.
